Pre-term introduction to calm nerves and reflect on goals. Optional ADHD course with coaching, goal setting and weekly check-ins included. Strategies to include time management, prioritisation, procrastination, perfectionism, organisation, meeting deadlines, preparing for exams, emotional regulation and well-being.
