How we can work together

You may have a diagnosis of ADHD, AuDHD, an autism spectrum condition or other indications of neurodiversity or executive function disorder. Your diagnosis may be longstanding or it might be recent. You may still be waiting for a diagnosis, or you may be considering if you want to apply for a diagnosis. You may just be starting to connect the way you experience the world with ADHD or ASC.

One-to-one sessions with an experienced coach can help you at any stage of this process. It can be extremely helpful to discuss how you feel about the way your brain works, the day-to-day challenges you face, and the longer-term implications, in an empathetic, stress-free, non-judgmental space with an objective professional. We aim to provide a safe inclusive space where you will feel comfortable to explore and optimise the way you interact with the world.

Coaching sessions are carried out online and, while touching on the broader implications of the neuro diverse brain, will concentrate on your individual concerns. We will look at your objectives for the sessions, set goals that you would like to achieve, and suggest strategies to help you achieve them.

Sessions can be one-off, to help you re-set in a time of stress for example, or can be held at regular intervals to check-in and offer accountability for your objectives.
